New Lenox Illinois Restaurants
Gina's Teardrop Cafe announced on Facebook on Thursday morning that it would keep an in-house restaurant as an option to keep its business alive and allow its employees to pay their bills. We received a Facebook post announcing plans to keep the indoor dining option.
He thanked the community for their support and said he would continue to keep the restaurant clean and safe for his employees and customers. JBD's White Horse Inn has also announced in a statement that it will remain open as a restaurant for the first time in its history. It has also been praised by customers and is currently open to shops at the same location as the original location.
Owner Mike Bacon cited reasons to keep employees and keep the business afloat. There is no word yet on what the closure will do to local restaurants this time, but as we have said many times, other restaurant owners will have to do everything they can to survive here. We don't want to see anyone get sick and believe that we should take this pandemic seriously, so we plan to stick to the governor's mandate. We say we can't thank the people of New Lenox enough for the support they have given us and other businesses since March.
